itu afinitas elektron?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p> <strong><em>Afinitas elektron adalah ukuran perubahan energi yang terjadi ketika sebuah elektron ditambahkan ke kulit terluar dari <a href=\"https:\/\/chemuza.org\/id\/definisi-dasar-kimia\/\">atom<\/a> gas yang terisolasi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Besarnya perubahan energi, disebut juga \u0394E, bisa positif, negatif, atau nol.<\/p>\n<p> Nilai \u0394E yang positif menunjukkan adanya energi yang diserap selama proses berlangsung, sedangkan nilai \u0394E yang negatif menunjukkan adanya energi yang dilepaskan.<\/p>\n<p> Tanda afinitas elektron (E <sub>EA<\/sub> ) berlawanan dengan tanda perubahan energi (\u0394E), dengan nilai E <sub>EA<\/sub> positif sama dengan nilai \u0394E negatif dan sebaliknya.<\/p>\n<p> Semakin tinggi nilai positif E <sub>EA<\/sub> , semakin banyak energi yang dilepaskan ketika sebuah elektron ditambahkan ke atom netral.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Misalnya:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/chemuza.org\/id\/tabel-periodik-halogen\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4870\">Halogen<\/a> memiliki nilai <sub>EEA<\/sub> positif yang tinggi, yang menunjukkan bahwa halogen
